Youths in Action and Fitness Programs

Entitled Youths in Action and Fitness programs were officially launched in 2007.  The main program features 4 key fitness and sports activities: Volleyball, Zumba, Tai Chi, Line Dance and Ballroom Dancing Practice.  It is ran on a weekly basis.  

This program is open to people of all ages and fitness levels.  
The objective is to promote active living!  We currently have over 100 people who participate in our weekly programs!  

Zumba 
   Monday: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM at St Gregory School
  
Monday: Jan 9 to Jun 12, 2017 (17 classes) $75
Wednesday: Feb 15 to Mar 29 (6 classes) $30 
                                                                     
Line Dance
Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM at St Gregory School

Ballroom Dancing Practice
Wednesday: 8:15 PM - 9:30 PM at St Gregory School


Drop in fee for each class is $6.00.

What to bring to the class?
    - Water, wear proper workout attire, towel, indoor shoes and a yoga mat for a yoga class.
    - Bring cash or a cheque payable to V.C.C.O (Vietnamese Canadian Community of Ottawa).

Tai Chi - Chikung - VietKhiPhap  -  Defence Fitness - Massage

Tai chi is an internal martial art practiced for its defense training, 
health benefits and stress management

Wednesday from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM
