Yoga and Zumba! Register today!

Hello Everyone,

 

The zumba and yoga program will begin on September 14th, 2011, every Wednesday.

If you would like to register please reply by Sept 10.

 

Please note that the cost remains low comparing to market prices due to the kind donations of facilities by the Catholic School Board. 

 

All programs are run by volunteers and we are excited to see you back this year again!

 

Please invite your friends to join in. The more participants is the less you would pay.

 

  • Zumba class: from 7:00PM to 8:00PM
  • Yoga class: from 8:00PM to 9:00PM
  • Drop in fee for each class is still $5.00 (same as last year).
  • Fall term (Sept 14 to Dec 21, 2011) – 15 weeks, $60
  • Winter term (Jan 11 to June 13, 2012, no class on Mar 14) – 22 weeks, $90
  • Full year (Sept 14, 2011 to June 13, 2012), $140
  • VCCO members will have 15% discount of the above price. Membership fee is $15/year.
  • We will need a minimum of 15 participants in the class.

  • The location is at St. Gregory Elementary School, 148 Meadowlands Dr., Ottawa

 Payment in full is required at the first class for all sessions.

Lớp Zumba và Yoga niên khóa 2011-2012 sẽ bắt đầu vào ngày 14 tháng 9 năm 2011, vào mỗi tối thứ Tư tại:

 

ĐỊA ĐIỂM:        Trường tiểu học St Gregory

                        148 Meadowlands Dr. Ottawa


NGÀY GIỜ:      Hàng tuần vào tối thứ Tư

                        Lớp Zumba: Từ 7:00 PM đến 8:00 PM
                        Lớp Yoga:    Từ 8:00 PM đến 9:00 PM

LỆ PHÍ:

Lệ phí tham dự mỗi lớp (drop-in) vẫn giống như mọi năm: $5/mỗi lớp.  
Lệ phí cho khóa mùa Thu: từ 14/09/2011 đến 21/12/2011:  $60 (cho 15 tuần)
Lệ phí cho khóa mùa Đông: từ 11/01/2012 đến 13/06/2012: $90 (cho 22 tuần)
Lệ phí nguyên năm: từ 14/09/2011 đến 13/06/2012: $140 

Nếu là hội viên của CDNVOttawa thì sẽ được giảm 15% của lệ phí nêu trên. 

Để duy trì được lệ phí thấp như trên, chúng tôi sẽ cần tối thiểu là 15 người cho mỗi lớp học, nếu càng đông thì lệ phí sẽ giảm, do đó xin qúy vị hãy phổ biến rộng rãi và cổ động mời bạn bè cùng tham gia.

Chương trình được điều hành bởi các tình nguyện viên vì vậy lệ phí rất thấp so với giá ở ngoài.
