Since 2003, they have been leaders in health promotion, at breaking down barriers for marginalized groups, and ensuring that everyone feels they have a place to belong. At Somerset West, VCCO has played a critical role in supporting their Vietnamese clients, and have helped connect service providers with many isolated individuals in the community. Today, we are recognizing them for their long-standing commitment to health equity, and to making this community a more welcoming and caring place.
